UCC School of Business awards 279 excellence achievers at the 2023 Dean's Awards ceremony. Hon. Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku, Member of Parliament (MP), Cape Coast North who was the guest of honour challenged tertiary students to consciously equip themselves with the relevant skill sets to meet the demands of the evolving job market.
The School of Business of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), has presented educational books and certificates to 186 high-performing students with a CGPA of 3.6 and above during its 2021 Deans Awards Ceremony.
The Chairman for the occasion, Prof. Francis Eric Amuquandoh, Provost of the College of Humanities and Legal Studies, indicated that learning was a difficult task, therefore, students who had excelled academically especially during the Covid-19 pandemic deserved to be celebrated.
During the award of the maiden scholarship, the Dean, School of Business with approval from the School of Business Development Fund Board allocated an amount of One Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢100,000.00) to support students from the School of Business.
